The traditional U.S.A. TUSCAN AWARD CEREMONY 2022. took place on Thursday 20 October 2022 at the Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio, chaired by the Presidents Maurizio Mancianti and Andrea L. Davis with the participation of the Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Florence Alessia Bettini and the Consul General of the United States in Florence Ragini Gupta.
The 2022 winners are: Archbishop Timothy Verdon, art historian, professor and director of the Opera del Duomo Museum, the award-winning Cav. Di Gran Croce Giuliana Fiumicelli Plastino, founder of the Academy of the Muses and its prestigious International Le Muse Award and president of the Friends of the Muses Club, to the memory, and special award, the team of the Guelphs, Italian Football Champion 2022.
